Italian Crusted Chicken

What you need:

Boneless Chicken Breast

Flavored Bread Crumbs

1 egg

Mozzarella Cheese

Marinara Sauce


What you need to do:



1. Slice chicken breast into fillets
2. Coat them with the bread crumbs (with the help of the egg of course)
3. Fry until light brown
4. Put in baking pan
5. Pour Marinara Sauce evenly
6. Top with the Mozzarella Cheese



What you need to do next:

1. Set oven to 240 F
2. Put inside oven
3. Leave for 1 hour or until cheese is fully melted

*Tip: the longer it is baked...the softer the chicken will be, just make sure not to overcook or burn it

Baked Herb Garlic Fish Fillet

What you need:

Tilapia Fillet

1 Stick Butter(8 tbps measure)

Garlic Powder with parsley


Basil Leaves

Knorr Seasoning


Baking pan

What you need to do:

1. Place tilapia fillets on baking pan
2. Put the Garlic Powder with Parsley on the fillets
3. Put the basil leaves on the fillets
4. Melt the butter and pour it all over the fillets
5. Lastly put a generous amount of Knorr seasoning on the fillets

What you need to do next:


1. Set the oven to 250 F
2. Put the baking pan with the fillets in the oven
3. Leave for 1 hour
4. And there you go

Latest Recipe: Bistek Tagalog

What you need:

1 lb. beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
Pepper
Salt
8 cups soy sauce
3 cups vinegar
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 brown onion

What you need to do:
1. Fry the beef sirloin in a medium sized sauce pan
2. Once fully cooked pour the 3 cups vinegar
3. Let simmer for a while then pour the 8 cups soy sauce followed by 3 cups of water.
4. Put the 1 cup of sugar in the mixture
5. Once the sauce is boiling, put to low fire, cover the saucepan.
6. Leave for 40 mins, watch tv, surf the net or do nothing.
7. Slice the brown onions to "rings"
8. Add the onions and there you go

Latest Recipe: Baked Chicken

What you need:
McCormick California Style Garlic Peper

Chicken Thighs

2 Bars of butter (8 tablespoons)















Soy Sauce

A regular sized baking pan

What you need to do:

1. Melt the butter
2. Put the chicken on the baking pan
3. Put some McCormick Garlic Pepper on the chicken pieces
4. Pour the melted butter over the chicken pieces
5. Put 3 table spoons of soy sauce on each piece of chicken











6. Put in the oven, set the temp to 300F and bake for 1 hour and 20 mins
7. Watch a dvd or play a game or do some chores....or just sit around doing nothing =)
8. After 1 hour and 20 mins....there you go

Recipe for the week: Oriental Pork

What you need:

Kikoman stir fry sauce

1 Pound Pork Siroin Stek

Onions


What you need to do first


Slice pork sirloin steak into cubes
Slice Onions into rings

What you need to do next


Fry pork in sauce pan until cooked
Then pour the entire contents of the stir fry sauce

Leave covered for 45 mins on low fire

What you need to do last


Add onions, then there you go =)
